IS AT&T CAPPING UPLOAD SPEEDS IN YOUR AREA?
Over the weekend, we’ve feature various reports that users were sight their upload rates existence capped in assorted areas of the United States. Many conceive this is AT&T capping their download speeds.
One of the benefits of having the recent iPhone, is the reinforced download AND upload speeds, but currently whatever hit seen their download speeds modify from 1500 kbps to a lowercase inferior than 100kbps.
Currently in Honolulu, Hawaii, there hasn’t been a modify in speed… yet. I’m hoping it stays that way!
