Thomas metropolis (switched.com) reports that Pro artist Chase Jarvis has created Best Camera, an iPhone app “that lets you shoot, administer binary filters and effects, and deal via Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, and the Best Camera picturing community.” In an concomitant video, Jarvis discusses ambulatory photography, shooting, and his recent app.
